they gave you the slope and one point, m = 5 and (2, 3) so we have a formula that is,

y - y1 = m(x - x1) the 1s are under and then you simplify plug them in and find the answer

y - 3 = 5(x - 2)

y - 3 = 5x - 10

y = 5x - 10 + 3

y = 5x -7. << your answer
