Fresh food is fresh from wherever it came from while prepared takes time and can sometimes have perservitices and other things added to it.

Fresh food is better then prepared food because fresh food has all its nutrients n has its original freshness to it while prepared food has sat in a bag frozen which takes away the nutrients 5.0
