B. Sweat Glands. 


Sweat glands because they release excess water in the body that are harming us, and are overheating us. I.E @ PE, you sweat whilst you work, and don't u feel very hot? well we produce sweat so we can let out the heat, since we are creating so much heat, we let it out in water, moisture.
