Now, Perimeter of the Rectangle = 2(Length + Breadth)

Here, sum of the sides = [tex](\frac{2}{3}x + 10 )  + (\frac{1}{3}x + 5 )  = (\frac{2}{3}x +\frac{1}{3}x  )  + ( 10+ 5 )[/tex]

adding like terms with like terms, we get

([tex]\frac{2x + x}{3})  + 15 = \frac{3x}{3}  + 15[/tex]

Hence, Sum = (x + 15)

Now,  2(Length + Breadth)  = 2(x+15) = 2x + 30

hence, the perimeter of the rectangle  = 2x+ 30
