Volume of Pyramid = (1/3)*(base area) * height.

32 ft³  =  (1/3)*(4*4)* h.        Since Pyramid is square based.

32 = (16/3)*h

16h/3 = 32

h = 32*3/16

h = 6

Height = 6 feet.  Option C.
