Which lines in this excerpt from act 1 of Shakespeare Romeo and Juliet suggest that lord calumet respects free will?

First, it is Lord Capulet (just FYI).
Second, He is not seen as respecting free will, but rather as oppressive. I do not think there is a line showing he respects free will. Romeo and Juliet had to sneak around because their parents did not respect free will.
