3x + 2y = 10
2y = -3x + 10
y = -3/2x + 5....slope = -3/2 and y int = 5

6x + 4y = 14
4y = -6x + 14
y = - 3/2x + 7/2...slope = -3/2 and y int = 7/2

same slope and different y int = parallel lines = NO SOLUTION
