So you're going to want to take the number from the x row and pair it with the number below it in the y row. so your coordinate points here are (-3,-6) (-1,-2) (1,2) and (3,6)
for the slope you are going to pick any two sets of coordinates and enter them into the equation i posted in the photo, let me know if you need a better explanation :)
