Susan would have to sell more than $69000 to make over 32,500 and less than $163000 to make under $41900

To calculate this you take the income she wants to make and subtract her salary

32500 - 25600 = 6900

you then multiply this by 10 to calculate the commission she needs to earn

6900 x 10 = 69000

Repeat this for the other side of the income scale.
