You can get to this answer doing it like this:
if 1 hour = 3600 seconds 
Then
23 000 seconds = 6 hours 23 minutes 20 seconds
Or
multiply by 1/3600
or 
1 minute = 60 seconds 
1 hours = 60 minutes 

.................................. 1 minute ........ 1 hour 
23000 seconds x ---------------- x -------------- = 
................................ 60 seconds . 60 minutes 

Answer: 
23000 x (1/60) x (1/60)
