Volume is the product of its dimensions....

V=xyz

V=(3/2)(5/2)(7/2)=105/8 in^3

V=13 1/8 in^3 or if you prefer

V=13.125 in^3

Just multiply all of the numbers together. 
3/2 * 7/2 * 5/2 = (3 * 7 * 5) / (2 * 2 * 2) = 105/8 = 13 1/8 sq in
