divide them by 2==> (11/3)/2. To divide a fraction by a given number, you multiply the 1st one by the inverse of the 2nd. So 2 inverse is 1/2
Now you multiply  11/3 x 1/2 =11/6 B Answer

(note: to multiply 2 fractions, you multiply their denominator as well as their denominator, For your info any number has a denominator of 1, even if wee do not write it)
4/3 x 2 is equal to 2 2/3 so not a. 11/6 x 2 is equal to 3 4/6 or 3 2/3
