Yes, opposite angles in a parallelogram always have equal measures. This is a defined property of parallelograms and an easy way to check if the shape is one. Since a parallelogram has 4 angles and the 2 sets of sides are parallel, any 2 adjacent angles have a sum of 180 degrees. Using this, the 2 adjacent angles to any one angle must be opposite to each other and therefore equal.
