Find the measures of two complementary angles if one angle is nine times the other angle.

Well one angle is 9 and the other is 81.

9*9=81+9=90

If the angles are complementary, then they add up to 90. Let n be the small angle. Then:
n+9n=90
10n=90
n=9
The small angle is 9°; the large angle is 81°
